Privacy declaration.
All the data supplied by you will be used discreetly and are only used for the processing and settlement of your placed order in Linterieur. Your data are not passed on therefore to third parties.
The trading name is Linterieur/Lin`s Stekje and is noted this way at the chamber of commerce. The name of the webshop is Linterieur.
Cookies:
Cookies are small textfiles that are placed on your solid disc when visiting a website. You will save time because the website will identifies you again. Also, we can determine which information is important for our visitors, and which are not. You must therefore for this website accept the cookies. The cookies do not contain personal data.
1. General
1.1. These general conditions apply on all products which are sold in webshop Linterieur, sold on shoppingparty`s and products bought from my home address.
1.2. If you want to pick up products is this possible within 7 days according to an appointment. Payment occurs at my home address.
1.3. You can cancel your order , however this must happen within 2 days by e-mail.
1.4. The webshop is 24 hours, 7 days per week open.
1.5. The shipping costs have been related to the weight of the product and stipulate the altitude of the shipping costs in accordances with the dutch Postnl tariff. The shipping costs for germany are described in "Customerservice"
Additional: Not all the lamps can be sent by postnl (because of different formats), we will ask for additional shipping costs, you can contact us for these costs.(includes sending to foreign countries).
1.6. Value orders are valid for a year purchase.
1.7. If your order comes above the 50 euro, the shipping is free (only within the netherlands and with a weight to 10 kilo). (The order has to be paid before the delivery).
1.8. I only deliver to countries in Europe.
2. Order
2.1. You can order in the webshop, by e-mail or by telephone.
2.2. The agreement enters the moment Linterieur receives your order.
3. Payment
3.1. By picking up the order, payment must occur at my home address.
3.2. If you order in the webshop you receive an invoice. You have to pay your order, within 7 days, in advance by means of bank or ideal.
4. Supply
4.1. You can choose for different shipping options.
4.2. The orders will be delivered on the given address.
4.3. The order is at the latest sent 4 days after payment (you must take holidays and/or weekends into account). The maximum time of delivery is 30 days.
If a product is unexpected not in stock, or not deliverable, we will inform you by email. You can choose to get another product or cancel the order. Did you already paid for the order, you have the right to receive your payment back. If the
legal time of delivery of 30 days expires, you have the right to dissolve the contract of sale, free of charge.
5. Prices
5.1. The owner of Linterieur is authorized to change the prices in the webshop "Linterieur".
5.2. All prices are including BTW (taxes), excluding shipping costs.
6. Returns
6.1. You have the right to return a product, which was delivered by Linterieur, within 7 working days after receiving and without reason, unused and in original packing. Special designed products, like decorationstickers, are excluded.
The shipping costs are for the customer.
If you return the total order, the purchase price, included shipping costs will be paid back on your account.
If you return a part of the order, the purchase price, excluded shipping costs will be paid back on your account.
In both cases we will not return the shippingcosts for returning the products.
6.2. If the product(s) has been returned correctly, you can order another product in the same price-category or the purchase price will be paid back.(Look for 4.3.)
6.3. After these 7 days your returnright expire.
6.4. If the order can not be sent back by Postnl because of different sizes (for example the chandeliers), we can pick them up for you at a cost of 50 euros.
7. Guarantee and liability
7.1 Linterieur ensures that its articles delivered meet the requirements of usability, reliability and life as such by the parties to the contract of sale are provided in moderation, and stands in for the guarantee of the factory of the product delivered.
7.2 The guarantee period of linterieur corresponds to the guarantee period of the factory. Linterieur is never responsible for the final suitability of the cases for each individual application by the customer , nor for any opinions regarding the use or application of the cases.
7.3 The customer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately. If it appears that the delivered case is wrong, is defective or incomplete, then you will have to inform Linterieur immediately, before returning the products. Any shortcomings or wrong goods delivered, can and should be reported to Linterieur, this can be done at least 2 months after delivery. The products which will be returned have to be unused and in original packing. If you use, damage or sell the product after you noticed it was defective or incomplete, the right to complain and return whole lapse.
7.4 When complaints of the customer are approved by linterieur, you can order another product in the same price-category or the purchase price will be paid back. (4.3).
All liability of linterieur for any other form of injury is excluded, including additional damages in whatever form, reimbursement of indirect damage or damages.
7.5 Linterieur is not liable for damage caused by design or equivalent recklessly conscious of the purchaser.
7.6 This guarantee does not apply if:
As long as the customer towards linterieur is in default;
The customer has repaired/processed the delivered product or had them repaired/processed by a third party;
The delivered products were exposed to abnormal situations or were treated careless or are in conflict with the instructions of linterieur and/or use instruction on the packaging are treated.
8.What you do should know!
8.1. Pictures of the products can deviate slightly with regard to colour, you must take this into account.
8.2. Some products have been hand-made, therefore every article can be deviate from the original.You must take this into account also.
